His experience includes a variety of healthcare, educational, municipal and commercial projects and he has designed thousands of projects across the country. Mr. Boyer has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, site development and land planning design. Paul has worked with most municipalities and established relationships with the personnel within the governing agencies. He provides special attention to detail and utilizes an established quality control program on all projects which provides cost-effective solutions throughout the design process.
